  • Payment Information: When you make donations, pay zakat, or purchase tickets for community fundraisers, your payment is processed directly and securely by trusted third-party payment companies. We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers.

  • Community Interactions: We collect information you voluntarily provide when you sign up for volunteer shifts, register for events (like weddings or funerals), or communicate through app messaging features.


2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly to support and improve community services, specifically to:

  • Provide Worship Tools: Deliver accurate prayer times, show the Qibla direction, and let you sync community events directly to your personal calendar.

  • Send Important Updates: Send you announcements, prayer alerts, and updates about local events or emergency notices via text messages or mobile notifications.

  • Manage Community Services: Coordinate administrative requests such as reserving facility space, booking consultations with the Imam, or organizing volunteer schedules.

  • Improve App Performance: Monitor how the app runs so we can quickly fix crashes, resolve bugs, and improve the overall user experience.


3. Sharing and Protecting Your Data

  • We Do Not Sell Your Data: Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to outside companies for marketing purposes.

  • Trusted Service Providers: We only share your data with trusted services that help run the app (such as secure cloud storage providers, payment processors, and notification delivery services). These partners are legally required to keep your data secure.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our app is designed for the entire family, including youth looking for educational programs and volunteering opportunities. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental awareness. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can safely remove it.
