Beloved Community Members,
In this month of Ramadan, the month of giving, charity, and mercy, the Islamic Community of Tampa Board of Trustees would like to thank the many generous donors who participated and contributed monetary and material donations to the ongoing COVID-19 (Coronavirus Pandemic) Relief Program for everyone – Muslims and non-Muslims alike. We are really proud of the success that we have seen and the immediate effect on the many beneficiaries who have shown tremendous gratitude and Dua for everyone involved, including the donors! All these efforts have been documented by the many distributed social media clips.
Charity is the essence of our great religion. Due to the large need and unprecedented circumstances, please continue your donations. The board would like to assure the community that every effort is taken to ensure the full distribution of every dollar or material donated for this program. All funds and supplies are strictly distributed to the targeted needy sector of our community (Muslim & non-Muslim) and that NO administrative cost or any other cost is spent out of these funds. The program is being run by ICT staff and the many volunteers who came to the call of duty and charity during these difficult times.
